|Recommended: YesManagement Team — Anything I have needed the management is super fast in replying
|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Noisy Construction Garbage Pickup — 3-bedroom is a great set up, maintenance took forever to respond, laundry situation is poor, location to campus is awesome
|Recommended: YesAmazing property — I got the privilege of living here as a sublet and it has been amazing The place is super spacious and really nice, with great, updated appliances. The maintenance crew is incredible and always comes in a super timely fashion and fixes everything perfectly. I truly love this company, everyone I have come into contact with has been super nice and helpful, living here has been a breeze Having a small number of people on each floor and in the building overall is very nice and it is rarely ever noisy. I love the smaller community feel and having a quiet place to live. Highly recommend this building and company to anyone
|Recommended: YesWell furnished, comfortable, clean apartment — The only cons of living here are that there aren't many washers dryers and the elevator is slow and scary.
|Recommended: YesPretty Nice — Overall a nice place to live. Can hear a lot of street noise and neighbors though.
|Recommended: YesI like it a lot — I really like living in this property. This apartment complex is an ideal location for any UW-Madison students, most of my classes are a 5-10 minute walk from the building. We have a balcony and the view of the lake is beautiful. I have experienced any problems with noise, but it is mostly college students who leave here which make the environment friendly. The staff is very professional and helpful, and maintenance fixes problems in a timely fashion. These are perks of living in a smaller complex . My only complaints are that the heat in our unit is pretty sensitive and we have had maintenance fix the temperature a few times because it gets too cold, and that the laundry and fitness facilities could be improved to cater to a larger number of residents. Overall, I am a big fan of the 625 Langdon complex.
|Recommended: YesGood but Old — In general, the space is nice. The only downsides are 1. the elevator is super slow, and there is only one. 2. There are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, do your laundries early.
|Recommended: YesAmazing Quality — The apartments are sleek and modern with updated appliances and really nice countertops floors furniture.
|Recommended: YesGreat location — Great It's super easy and I love the inside of the apartments. I just wish that pets were allowed.
|Recommended: YesGreat location, good service — I would tell them that it is a great place to live
|Recommended: YesLoved living at 625 for 2 years — Great property besides the terribly slow elevator. Management is helpful expect when it comes to the payment portal.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful, amazing location, management, and vibes — I have loved my time here at 625 and am heartbroken that its coming to an end. Im blessed to live in this beautiful property.
|Recommended: NoOver priced for the service provided. — No one is ever in the office by the lobby and maintenance will mark tasks completed without fixing them. It is ridiculous that we pay 26 per person for laundry and only have 2 washers dryers for the entire buidling because they are never available or are broke. Security is not very good because the big garage door is often left open or the back door is propped open. I think it is also the slowest elevator I have ever been in.
