|Recommended: YesReview — Nice apartment, garbage truck is extremely loud and wakes everyone up.
|Recommended: YesWell Maintained — The amenities are clean and well maintained and living is very comfortable.
|Recommended: YesHidden Gem — I loved living in 625 Langdon from the amazing location, the rooftop space, and the quick maintenance fixes it has been such an amazing place to live.
|Recommended: NoIt was a decent place to live — The apartment is large, which is nice because I like the bigger living space. Its location on Langdon may be a little undesirable, as there are plenty of party kids screaming and yelling up and down the street. I have parking in SBA's 613 Frances location, and it was VERY undesirable. The residents throw garbage from the top floors into the dumpster, which is inconveniently placed right in front of the garage door. This also caused my car to get a flat tire, as there is broken glass almost every night. The exit ramp for that garage is also extremely narrow, which makes damage to your car inevitable if you have a wide vehicle and need to leave the premises often.
|Recommended: YesNot terrible for a college apartment — When you pay almost 1,000 a month to live somewhere you have a certain expectation of quality. 625 Langdon does not meet that expectation, but what can you expect from a college apartment building. The elevator is always disgusting and or broken in some fashion, the doors don’t work 90 of the time, and we have put in more maintenance requests this year alone than in our entire life. That said, the people who work here are relatively receptive and are prompt when assistance is needed. If you live on the even side of the building as well you will wake up every morning to the sound of garbage trucks beeping- and then you’ll walk into the alley that same day and see trash littered everywhere because the garbage trucks do a terrible job and the apartment doesn’t care to clean it.
|Recommended: YesClean and Spacious — I love 625 for the most part, each apartment gives so much space that you never have to worry about feeling cramped. There’s also plenty of room to decorate how you’d like.
|Recommended: YesI enjoyed the property — I think it is in a nice location and overall well designed. I do not like that the door downstairs on the side does not close therefore anyone can get in. I love the maintenance staff, they are so helpful and probably the best part of the entire apartment
|Recommended: YesBest Apartment for College Students — Great apartment and close to campus
|Recommended: YesGreat and Central Place to Live — Great value
|Recommended: YesOverall adequate. Rent a bit pricy. Cleanliness and construction repair lingering issues. — Rent is much more expensive than other similar apartments with similar amenities.
|Recommended: YesGreat space — Great experience
|Recommended: YesIt was a great spot to live. — It's a great location and the rent price isn't terribly expensive. The worst part is the insanely loud garbage trucks every morning. EVERY morning.
|Recommended: YesGreat property — Had a great experience renting at 625
|Recommended: YesDecent — The appliances and staff are both really nice. My only complaint would be the workout room, the only machine they have needs some maintenance and they have no weights whatsoever. Other than that, no complaints.
Also, there will occasionally be dunkin' donuts supplied in the lobby. It's hype.
|Recommended: NoNot good — I wake up at 6 45am every morning due to garbage trucks. I was told there was no parking available, yet every time I look in the garage there is AT LEAST 1 spot available. Maintenance takes a week to fix something. Lights suck, switches break and you can tell everything is cheap.
